Having famous parents comes with plenty of fringe benefits, like going to red carpet premieres and being able to score tickets to Coachella. But looking like your mom's younger sister (or your dad's baby bro) is the ultimate perk for these celebrity kids.
Check out these 30 celebrity children that look exactly like their famous parents.
Reese Witherspoon and Ava Phillippe
At the time, it seemed like Reese Witherspoon and Ryan Phillippe had one of those fairytale Hollywood marriages. The pair met on Reese's 21st birthday in 1997 and were married a little more than two years later. They welcomed their first child, Ava Elizabeth, on Sept. 9, 1999. But now that she's all grown up she looks like she could be Reese's younger sister.
Ava doesn't seem to have much interest in following in her mom's acting footsteps, however, she's carving out her own career modeling for high-profile fashion brands like Rodarte and showing off her drawing skills on social media. Also, she's an incredibly talented musician, which proud mama Reese loves to brag about in interviews.
Demi Moore and Rumer Willis
With their dark locks and piercing eyes, Demi Moore and eldest daughter Rumer Glenn Willis are near mirror-images of each other. Born to Moore and then-husband Bruce Willis in 1988, Rumer is a successful actress in her own right, often stepping out with her mother on the red carpet.
Aside from bit parts as a toddler, Willis made her film debut in 1995 with a supporting role in the coming-of-age drama Now and Then. (Demi was also in the film, but the two had no scenes together). She appeared on the primetime reboot of 90210 and landed a recurring role on Pretty Little Liars before going on to win the 20th season of Dancing with the Stars with partner Valentin Chmerkovskiy.
Vanessa Paradis and Lily-Rose Depp
If French model Vanessa Paradis ever needed to call out sick from a photo shoot, she could send daughter Lily-Rose in her place. The pair share the same high cheekbones and smoldering eyes and could easily pass for sisters. But while Lily-Rose could easily have become a top supermodel, she's taken up acting like her father, Johnny Depp.
Lily-Rose, who was born in France in 1999 and raised in Los Angeles, made her film debut in Kevin Smith's comedy horror film Tusk. She reprised her role a few years later in the sequel Yoga Hosers."Lily-Rose also appeared in the Oscar-winning documentary Period. End of Sentence and has been an outspoken advocate for Planned Parenthood.
Christie Brinkley and Sailor Brinkley-Cook
Christie Brinkley rose to fame in the 1970s when she graced the cover of the legendary Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue not once, not twice, but an unprecedented three years in a row. She parlayed that success into a high-profile modeling career that lasted decades. And now her daughter, Sailor Brinkley-Cook, could very well do the same.
Sailor, who shares her mother's all-American style, is Christie's daughter from her fourth marriage to architect Peter Cook, which lasted from 1996 to 2008. She began modeling at age 15 and has since appeared on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue and booked several national ad campaigns through IMG Models.
David Beckham and Brooklyn Beckham
When your parents are "Posh and Becks," as Victoria and David Beckham were dubbed by the British press early on in their relationship, it's almost guaranteed you'll either become a model or soccer player. Sorry, Brooklyn Joseph, those are the rules.
Brooklyn, who shares his father's rugged good looks, played one year of soccer in the Arsenal youth division, but left because he didn't want to play professionally. Instead, he took after his mother by attending Parsons School of Design in New York City, launching a successful modeling career with covers of major fashion magazines, Vogue China and Interview.
Heather Locklear and Ava Sambora
Melrose Place star Heather Locklear loves musicians. After divorcing Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee in 1993, she married Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora. The couple eventually separated in 2007 and shared joint custody of their only daughter Ava Elizabeth, who with the same blue-eyed, blonde-haired looks could pass for her mother's sister.
Ava Elizabeth, who often accompanied her mother on the red carpet, has remarked in interviews that she'd love to follow in her mother's acting footsteps. And so far, she's done a pretty good job. She made her film debut in Judd Apatow's 2012 comedy This is 40, and appeared in the short-lived reality series SummerBreak 3.
Uma Thurman and Maya Hawke
The eldest daughter of Uma Thurman and ex-husband Ethan Hawke, Maya Hawke is a successful model and actress in her own right. She briefly attended Juilliard because, as she put it in a 2018 interview with W Magazine, "For me, acting has always felt like something you just do – the idea that anyone didn't perform in plays was bizarre to me."
She left the famed acting school when she landed the role of Jo March in the 2017 BBC adaptation of Louisa May Alcott's classic novel Little Women. (She also joined the cast of Stranger Things in its third season). Maya even kept up a family tradition when she landed a modeling assignment for Vogue, which her mother and grandmother appeared in during their own modeling days.
Madonna and Lourdes Leon
Lourdes Leon isn't one to seek the limelight, but when your mother is Madonna, you don't really have to. Born in 1997 to Madonna and her then partner Carlos Leon, Lourdes grew up to be the mirror image of her famous mother and is forging her own path as a model.
Lourdes, who graduated from the University of Michigan, often plays up her looks with edgy, rock-and-roll influenced fashion that pays homage to her mother's early days. And major fashion brands have noticed. Miu Miu cast Lourdes in its latest fashion campaign, and she's a front-row fixture at fashion shows and other high-profile events.
Alan Thicke and Robin Thicke
Pop quiz: who do you think of when you hear the last name "Thicke"? If you're a child of the '80s, it's probably Alan, who played suburban patriarch Dr. Jason Weaver on the hit sitcom Growing Pains. If you're Gen Z, it's his son Robin who shot to fame with the catchy (and controversial) single Blurred Lines.
Robin, who looks like he could be his dad's much younger brother, was born in 1977 and acted in a few small roles as a child. This was prior to the decision to follow his musical passions. He got his start writing songs for big-name talents such as Brandy and Christina Aguilera before branching out with his own solo album in 2003. Ten years later, he released Blurred Lines, which became a cultural phenomenon.
Kate Beckinsale and Lily Mo Sheen
Flowy brunette locks? Check. Runway-ready style? Check. Matching English accents? Check. Those are just some of the similarities between actress Kate Beckinsale and her twenty something daughter, Lily Mo, who is the latest in a long line of children who grew up looking like a younger version of their famous mother.
Except Lily Mo, whose father is actor Michael Sheen (he and Kate were together from 1995 to 2003), hasn't given any indications she's ready to go into acting. Aside from a handful of small roles in the 2000s, her IMDB resume hasn't been updated since 2009, as she's since decided to go to college.
Bette Midler and Sophie Von Haselberg
For most her life, Sophie von Haselberg was adamant about being different than her mother, Oscar-nominated actress and singer Bette Midler. And despite going by her father's last name (dad is performance artist Martin von Haselberg), and even moving to Shanghai, there was no escaping the fact that Sophie looked exactly like her world-famous mom.
Or that she would eventually give in to her show business roots. Sophie studied sociology and East Asian history and tried her hand at publishing before realizing acting was her true calling. After moving back to the U.S., she made her stage debut in New York City in 2014 and has since appeared in several indie films and the FX drama The Assassination of Gianni Versace.
Susan Sarandon and Eva Amurri
With their matching red tresses and statuesque style, Susan Sarandon and daughter Eva Amurri Martino look more like a pair of tight-knit siblings than mother and daughter. Eva spent her childhood visiting her famous mom on-set and tagging along to political rallies, so it makes sense that the two share a close bond that matches their shared looks.
Eva was born in 1985 during Sarandon's first marriage to actor Chris Sarandon (aka Prince Humperdinck from The Princess Bride). The Brown University graduate has starred alongside her mother on several occasions. In 2002, she played her on-screen daughter in The Banger Sisters, and the pair also appeared together on an episode of Friends (The One with Joey's New Brain).
Blythe Danner and Gwyneth Paltrow
Maybe it's all the Transcendental Meditation (or maybe it's just genetics), but actress Gwyneth Paltrow looks enough like her mother Blythe Danner to cause a double take. The pair, who have been photographed together often over the years, share the same serene beauty. (Hey, maybe they're onto something with all that meditation).
Danner gave birth to Gwyneth, her eldest child and only daughter, in 1972. Gwyneth's father, actor and director Bruce Paltrow, died in 2002. Since winning Best Actress for her breakout role in 1998's Shakespeare in Love, she's become one of the most successful actresses in Hollywood and an influential lifestyle figure with her health and wellness brand, GOOP.
Tom Hanks and Colin Hanks
Some celebrity kids use a different last name to avoid being associated with their famous parents while others stay out of the spotlight entirely. But even if Colin Hanks were to go by his stepmom Rita's last name (Wilson), there'd be no avoiding the fact that the Life in Pieces star is a dead ringer for his dad, Tom Hanks.
Colin made his film debut in the 1996 film That Thing You Do!, which coincidentally happened to be written and directed by his dad. But that wouldn't be the last time the pair worked together. Tom later directed him in an episode of the critically-acclaimed HBO mini-series Band of Brothers.
Gordon Ramsay and Jack Ramsay
Given his frequent outbursts on the reality TV cooking series, Hell's Kitchen, you'd be justified in thinking Gordon Ramsay must be pretty terrifying in real life. But Jack Ramsay, who shares his dad's pug-nosed features and spiky blond hair, can attest to how big a softy his hot-tempered dad really is.
Jack, who has a fraternal twin named Holly, frequently posts pictures with his famous dad on Instagram and usually refers to him as his "best mate." That's pretty sweet considering Gordon's image as a foul-mouthed boss from hell. In fact, Gordon has talked about how much he misses Jack, who recently moved away to attend the prestigious Exeter University.
Liam Gallagher and Lennon Gallagher
It's easy to see why Lennon Gallagher, son of former Oasis lead singer Liam Gallagher, is one of the UK fashion scene's hottest up-and-coming male models. The artistic twenty something inherited his dad's slouchy frame and rugged features, which makes for an irresistible combination of style and swagger on the runway.
Lennon, whose mother is Liam's first wife Patsy Kensit, balances his studies at the Guildhall of School of Music and Dramatic Arts in London while walking in shows for Topman and Saint Laurent. In fact, Lennon was just recently named the newest face of the legendary French fashion house and has appeared in their latest rock-and-roll inspired ad campaign.
Kim Zolciak and Brielle Biermann
When your mom is an OG Bravo Housewife, there's no such thing as a "normal" life. Kim Zolciak was a breakout hit on the first season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta and her daughter Brielle, who was 10 when the show began filming, essentially spent her childhood on-camera.
Now, she's all grown up and looking more like her TV star mom every day. Brielle has often said in interviews that Kim, who raised her as a single mother, is like a best friend to her, and encourages her to pursue everything from modeling to a career in television.
Robin Wright and Dylan Penn
It's striking how much Dylan Penn looks like her mother, actress Robin Wright. The pair share the same slim profile that propelled Dylan to a modeling career that mirrors Robin's own early days in front of the camera. And like her mom, Dylan has transitioned to working in film and TV.
The eldest daughter of the House of Cards actress and ex-husband Sean Penn, Dylan got her start modeling for Gap in 2013 and landed a part in the music video for Nick Jonas' 2014 single Chains. She's since appeared with her younger brother Hopper at Milan Fashion Week and starred in the 2016 film Elvis & Nixon.
Clint Eastwood and Scott Eastwood
It can't be easy having Clint Eastwood as your dad. He's an Oscar-winning actor and director and, for many, the very definition of masculinity. But for Scott Eastwood, who started out his career under the name Scott Reeves to avoid being accused of nepotism, looking like your dad in his heyday goes a long way.
Scott, whose mother is former flight attendant Jacelyn Reeves, made his film debut in 2006 with a role in Clint's WWII drama Flags of our Fathers, and has since starred in several other of his dad's films. Other major roles of his include Suicide Squad and The Fate of the Furious.
Goldie Hawn and Kate Hudson
From her early days on Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In to films like Overboard and Death Becomes Her, Goldie Hawn has long reigned as one of Hollywood's funniest ladies. She's passed on her golden comedic timing to daughter Kate Hudson, who could easily play her mother back in her '60s heyday.
Hudson, Goldie's daughter from her second husband Bill Hudson, has often remarked that she considers her mother's longtime partner Kurt Russell to be her real father. She shares her mother's bubbly energy and strong-willed drive. Hudson's not only a successful actress, but the founder of the successful activewear company, Fabletics, and author of several lifestyle books.
Kris Jenner and Kendall Jenner
Kris Jenner is approaching the age at which most U.S. citizens are eligible to collect Social Security benefits, but you'd never know that from looking at a picture of her and daughter, Kendall. Kendall is the second youngest of her six kids, but looks more like her baby sister.
Kendall, who was born in 1995, is one of the top fashion models in the world and has walked in shows for such major designers as Balmain, Chanel, Alexander Wang and Marc Jacobs. In 2018, she earned the title of the highest-paid model in the industry. She's also been a key player on social media and has launched several business and charitable endeavors.
Jerry Hall and Georgia May Jagger
Georgia May Jagger got her English accent and cool British style from her dad, Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger, but her statuesque features and innate poise are definitely all thanks to her mom, former model and actress Jerry Hall. So it's no surprise that Georgia, who channels Jerry's youthful beauty, is a model and fashion icon in her own right.
Georgia May started modeling in 2008 at the age of 16, and has walked shows for Miu Miu, Versace, Chanel and Vivienne Westwood. In 2012, she walked alongside British fashion legends Kate Moss, Lily Donaldson and Naomi Campbell in the London Olympics closing ceremony, and has since worked on several designer collaborations.
Candace Cameron Bure and Natasha Bure
Natasha Bure knows how much she looks like her mother, Fuller House star Candace Cameron Bure. Back in 2015, she posted a holiday-themed video where she and Candace wore matching antler ears and holiday sweaters that made it impossible to tell them apart. Imagine being able to do that with your mom!
Natasha Bure is the eldest daughter of Cameron and husband Val Bure, a former professional hockey player and two-time Olympic medalist. Natasha has accompanied her mom on the red carpet for years and has branched out into modeling and acting in commercials and music videos. In 2016, she made it past the first round of auditions on The Voice, but was eliminated before being picked by any of the judges.
Judi Dench and Finty Williams
The only daughter of stage and screen icon Dame Judi Dench, Finty Williams shares her mother's love of acting and quietly powerful features (but not her signature silver hair, at least not yet). The pair are often photographed together at various theater performances and award ceremonies, which shows just how deep their mother-daughter bond goes.
Finty, who studied at the famed Central School of Speech and Drama in London, has been open about the pressures and pitfalls of coming from such a famous family (Dench reportedly tried to steer her away from acting entirely). She's since become a successful actress in her own right, with roles in Gosford Park, The Importance of Being Earnest and a lead voiceover role in the animated children's series Angelina Ballerina.
Lisa Bonet and Zoë Kravitz
Maybe you first saw her as teenage mutant Angel Salvadore in X-Men: First Class or as one of the beautiful breeders Charlize Theron tries to liberate in Mad Max: Fury Road. But no matter where you first saw Zoë Kravitz, it's almost certain the first thought that popped into your head was, "She looks exactly like her mother."
And it's true – her delicate features and unapologetically individual attitude make her the mirror image of her mother, actress Lisa Bonet. And the icing on the cake? Her dad is rocker Lenny Kravitz. She's landed roles in major franchises like the Harry Potter spin-off Fantastic Beasts and the long-running X-Men series, and has kept a steady side gig as a singer in the R&B pop band, Lolawolfe.
Steven Tyler and Liv Tyler
Liv Tyler grew up thinking her dad was musician Todd Rundgren, but after meeting Steven Tyler when she was eight, Liv instantly knew the Aerosmith front man was her real father. And it's not hard to see why; with her famous pout and model-worthy cheekbones, Liv looks just like Steven.
Liv's mother, former model Bebe Buell, had a fling with Tyler in 1976 while she was involved with Rundgren, who raised Liv as his own until she eventually learned the truth. Liv began modeling as a teenager, but eventually transitioned to acting with a breakout role in the video for Aerosmith's 1993 hit Crazy. She's since starred in the Lords of the Rings trilogy and appeared on the HBO series The Leftovers.
Priscilla Presley and Lisa Marie Presley
As the only daughter of Elvis and Priscilla Presley, Lisa Marie Presley was the sole heir to her father's famous Graceland estate and musical legacy. And while she may have inherited her father's talent as a singer and songwriter, she also grew up to look just like her mother.
Lisa Marie was just nine when Elvis died, and on her 25th birthday she inherited his estate (at the time it was reported to have been worth over $100 million). She released her first album, To Whom it May Concern, in 1993, and followed it up with two more successful albums. She's also an outspoken philanthropist through her own charitable foundation.
Tish Cyrus and Miley Cyrus
Miley Cyrus is her mom Tish Cyrus' third child, but after seeing them together, you'd be forgiven for mistaking her for her mom's younger sister instead. The Grammy-winning singer shares Tish's sun-kissed smile and heart-shaped features, both of which helped make her a star on the Disney series Hannah Montana.
Hannah Montana launched Miley's career as an actress and singer, and her post-Disney years have been as wild and controversial as they were successful. She's released three No. 1 albums, half a dozen top 10 singles (including the 2013 hit Wrecking Ball) and been a coach on the reality singing show The Voice.
Will Smith and Jaden Smith
Sometimes, growing up with famous parents means leaning into it. But for Jaden Smith, looking like dad Will Smith's doppelganger has pushed him to explore fame on his own terms. Along with a brief foray into Hollywood with roles in films like The Pursuit of Happyness and After Earth (both of which starred his dad), Jaden has branched out into music and fashion.
Smith, who sought an emancipation ruling from his parents when he was 15, released his first mixtape in 2012 and released his debut album, Syre, five years later. He's since become a fixture at fashion shows and has modeled for Louis Vuitton, where he raised eyebrows for an ad campaign that featured him wearing a kilt and women's wear.
Diana Ross and Tracee Ellis Ross
When Tracee Ellis Ross steps out with her mother, legendary Motown singer and actress Diana Ross, the similarities between the two are striking. Tracee, the second oldest of Diana's five children, plays up their shared features by coordinating her looks with her mother when they appear on the red carpet together, which is just about the cutest thing ever.
Tracee grew up going to school in New York City and Switzerland, and started modeling when she was still in her teens. After graduating from Brown University in 1994, she landed a breakout role on the UPN series Girlfriends, which ran from 2000 to 2008. She's since won several NAACP Image Awards for her work on the ABC family sitcom Black-ish.
